Siphon

Siphon aligns two distinct ledgers to track geopolitical trade and IP security. Ledger A tracks US federal prosecutions for economic espionage and trade-secret theft involving a PRC nexus. Ledger B (Current Build) monitors PRC export controls on critical materials—specifically tracking which controls are in force, which are suspended, and their expiration timelines.
